AUTOPOT - AQUABOX STRAIGHT SUB-IRRIGATION SYSTEM

The A QUAbox incorporates the AQUAvalve technology used throughout the AutoPot range and extends it to irrigate a larger growing area than a single plant pot.

With an AQUAvalve inside, the AQUAbox Straight draws on the water supply (water reservoir) as required by the plants, ensuring an incredibly efficient use of water. Plant roots instinctively move towards the water source, attaching themselves to the capillary wicks below ground level.

Ideal for raised beds, large planters, grow bags and vegetable gardens theAQUAbox is placed directly in the ground and distributes water and nutrients to the surrounding soil via capillary mats.

The AQUAbox ensures that your plants are watered for days or weeks, making it the perfect watering solution for weekends, holidays but also for year-round watering.

AquaBoxes require no electricity, pumps, timers or mains connection and are ideal for use in vegetable gardens or home gardening. A connection to a reservoir is all that is needed. Water from the tank will be supplied to the Aquabox by simple gravity.

There are two products in the AQUAbox range;

• AQUAbox Straight is designed for narrow raised beds and grow bags.
• AQUAbox Spyder is designed for raised beds and larger vegetable gardens.

AquaBox Autopot usage recommendations:

• Ensure that the AQUAbox is level in the ground by using the circular level in the lid.
• Ensure that each strip of capillary matting is sloped away from the AQUAbox with a slight downward slope.
• Connect several AQUAbox Straight or Spyderder to a water supply to irrigate a larger area.
• The roots will stick to the mat. For best results, replace the capillary mat every season.
