Bio Nova's MgO is a food grade mineral fertiliser with 10% magnesium. Magnesium is essential for photosynthesis and the formation of reactive chlorophyll nuclei. Bionova MgO 10 should mainly be used in the event of deficiencies, as the main Bionova line already contains the right amounts of magnesium.
A magnesium deficiency manifests itself in chlorosis (slight discolouration) between the nerves of old leaves. An excess results in a poorly grown crop and small leaves!Plants directly absorb all food grade minerals, giving you optimum control of your crop. The magnesium in Bionova MgO 10 forms the reactive nuclei of chlorophyll, which converts light energy into chemical energy (ATP and ADP).
Application in irrigation
In case of deficiencies add 2.5-10 ml. per 10 litres of water.
When using reverse osmosis water, add 10-20 ml per 10 litres of water.
A dosage of 1: 1000 increases the total amount of Mg by 2 mmol.

2.5-5 ml per litre

How do you use Bionova MgO 10?
- Should be applied when deficiencies occur and to stabilise osmose water
- Can be mixed with all Bionova fertilisers, stimulators, minerals, universals and substrates.
- Can be used as irrigation and as a foliar spray.
