Master Trimmers offers two MT Tumbler 200 models: one WITHOUT speed controllers and another WITH speed controllers for the drum and helical blade to adapt to changing conditions and the state of your raw material. Each variety must be processed differently, so the speed controllers allow you to process each type of flower according to your needs.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCT AVAILABLE IN 7-10 WORKING DAYS
Both models are designed to cut large quantities in a minimal work space. The specifications ensure that the machine is effective, with a high quality cut equal to manual cutting.

There are two models of the MT Tumbler 200: a constant speed model and a model with speed controls. The control is really useful for working on dry raw material and includes the possibility of adjusting the speed to be as gentle on the flowers to avoid damaging them.
* The MT Tumbler 200 includes the drum required to process fresh product by default.
The complete MT Tumbler 200 system consists of three MT Tumbler 200 machines, including a track and infeed and outfeed conveyors, a complete production system that will help you achieve a production speed of up to 80 kg/h!
The addition of the infeed conveyor allows automation and an increase in the performance of the Tumbler models, achieving up to 30% more output.
The addition of the exit conveyor facilitates a convenient quality control system, thanks to the speed controller. The conveyors allow the identification of damaged and/or untrimmed flowers.
Both belts are certified for food use.

The MT200 trimmer is capable of processing between 12 and 14 kg / h, the equivalent of 10 employees.
