CARBON ACTIVE's new line of activated carbon filters is specially designed for indoor cultivation. Unlike classic filters containing granulated charcoal, CARBON ACTIVE filters are manufactured using a new technology. The activated carbon is pulverised and placed in a filter mat. This carbon fractionation process increases the odour absorption capacity and reduces pressure losses compared to conventional filters.
Flow rate: between 100 and 400mc/h
Optimal flow rate: 320mc/h
CARBON ACTIVE filters are equipped with a special PRE-FILTER, so that all dirt particles that are harmful to the activated carbon are retained. With this system, the life of the activated carbon filter is extended.
As the dirt retained with this system is greater than with normal filters, it is very important that the pre-filter is changed regularly.
The advantages of CARBON ACTIVE filters are :
- very light and easy to install;
- twice the service life of conventional filters;
- reduction of vacuum cleaner pressure drops;
- possibility of quickly replacing the pre-filter;
