The Lumatek Zeus 1000W Xtreme PPFD LED CO2 is a linear multi-light bar fixture with an extremely high PPF output of2,925 mmol/s and an efficacy (fixture efficiency) of 2. 9 mmol/J.

The Zeus 1000W Xtreme PPFD CO2 produces extremely high levels of light intensity requiring the use of additional CO2 for those wishing to grow on 1.5 × 1.5 m cultivation areas with short light distances.

Carbon dioxide (CO2) supplementation:

The use of CO2 with this device is not mandatory, but to perform it without it, a longer canopy distance from the light is recommended, ensuring optimal PPFD levels according to the growth phase. Using the latter method, the optimal expected coverage area reaches 1.8 × 1.8 m but with lower levels of PPFD intensity concentration.

The additional use of carbon dioxide (CO2) in your controlled environment can significantly improve your crop yield if used correctly. In general, a good rule of thumb is that once you exceed PPFD levels of 1000 µmol / s / m2, you should be 1: 1 with CO2 PPM - up to 1500. So with PPFD max = 1500 µmol / s / m2, CO2 would be 1500 PPM (a little lower, 1400 PPM might be the safest way to start).

The Zeus luminaire can also be externally controlled with a Lumatek digital lighting controller (Digital Panel Plus 2.0) with light timing, automatic brightness adjustment (1% increments), temperature safety control, sunrise and sunset mode for up to 100 fixtures per controller.
