Unless the product is defective or shipped in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued within a few business days using the same payment method as the original order.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request a modification or cancellation by contacting customer service promptly.
After shipment, it is no longer possible to change the order.
